Privacy Policy

This policy explains what AscenraDS collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers ascenrads.com, merchant dashboards, storefronts, mailboxes, and affiliate tracking.

Who we are

AscenraDS is part of the Ascenra Group. Contact: hello@ascenrads.com.

What we collect

• Account: name, email, password hash, affiliate code, referral cookie.
• Store: name, slug, template, catalogue copies, orders, customers, campaigns.
• Hosting: subdomain, DNS, mailbox address (and mailbox password stored so you can retrieve it in Email settings).
• Billing: plan, add-ons, store credit. Card data is handled by Stripe/PayPal, not stored in our database.
• Support: messages you send Ava (stored as a ticket thread).
• Technical: logs, IP for rate limits, cookies for session and ads_ref (60 days).

Why

To run the store, provision subdomain and mail, send transactional and campaign email, attribute affiliates, prevent abuse, and improve the product. Groq processes support prompts you send Ava. We do not sell your customer lists.

Cookies

ads_session (login), ads_store (which store you are editing), ads_ref (affiliate, 60 days). Storefronts may set a cart cookie.

Sharing

DNS and mail hosting, Cloudflare (optional DNS), Stripe/PayPal (payments), Groq (support AI), email SMTP, and catalogue suppliers for fulfillment. Other Ascenra sites (for example ascenrasocial.com) are separate controllers if you choose to use them.

Retention and rights

We keep account and order records while the workspace exists and as required for tax and fraud. You may export or request deletion from Settings or by emailing hello@ascenrads.com. Shoppers should contact the merchant store; we can help if the store is on our platform.

Children

AscenraDS is not directed at children. Do not create an account if you are under 16 (or the digital-consent age in your country).

International

Servers may be outside your country (including the VPS that serves ascenrads.com). By using the service you accept that transfer.
