Refund policy

Starter is a free 14-day store. $0 is due today to open it. There is no coupon and no card required for the trial. If you do not add a paid plan, the trial simply ends. There is no charge to refund.

Paid plan charges (Pro, Business) may be refunded within 7 days of the first paid invoice if you have not consumed a material catalogue import or add-on against that period. Request this from Support with the invoice reference.

Add-ons (packs, credits, SEO, extra stores) are delivered at purchase. Unused AI credits can stay on the account. We do not reverse catalogue products already imported into a live store.

$50 onboarding store credit is not cash and cannot be withdrawn or refunded as money.

Payment processors may take additional time. Chargebacks on valid service are treated as account abuse.
