Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of AscenraDS (ascenrads.com), including the merchant dashboard, storefronts on *.ascenrads.com, custom domains pointed at our servers, mailboxes, catalogues, AI tools, billing, and the affiliate programme. AscenraDS is operated as part of the Ascenra Group. By creating an account, opening a store, or using a storefront, you agree to these Terms, the Terms of Use, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and (if you join) the Affiliate Terms.

1. The service

AscenraDS provides software to launch a niche drop shipping storefront with an Ascenra catalogue, checkout, and optional add-ons. We do not guarantee sales, traffic, profit, ranking, or supplier stock. You are the merchant of record for your customers unless a payment processor’s terms say otherwise. You are responsible for product claims, taxes, consumer law, and advertising rules in every market you sell into.

2. Free trial: $0 due today

New stores open on a first-month Starter trial. The first month is free. No strings attached. Nothing is due today. There is no coupon field and no requirement to enter a card to open the store. After the trial, the store may be limited or closed unless you subscribe to a paid plan at the then-current prices on /pricing (Pro $9/month or $90/year; Business $49/month or $490/year). $50 onboarding store credit (when granted) is not cash, is not withdrawable, and spends only on eligible packs and add-ons inside AscenraDS.

3. Store addresses and templates

When you create a store we register a subdomain your-store.ascenrads.com, point DNS A records to our VPS, and serve the AscenraDS template storefront (not a blank hosting folder). The store URL in the dashboard top-right is that live template storefront, unless you have attached a custom domain that we have verified.

4. Custom domains and Ascenra DNS (nameservers)

To use your own domain (for example yourbrand.com) you must change the domain’s nameservers at your registrar to Ascenra DNS so we can control the zone and keep the store on our servers:

• ns2.ascenrads.com

If a registrar rejects those hostnames, use the same Ascenra-controlled DNS:

• ns1.dns-parking.com
• ns2.dns-parking.com

After nameservers propagate (often a few hours, up to 48 hours), we create A records for @ and www to our VPS IP so the custom host serves your template store. Until that happens, keep using your *.ascenrads.com address. Do not point the domain at a third-party builder if you want AscenraDS to operate the store. Changing NS away from us takes the store offline on that domain.

5. Mailboxes

We create a real mailbox for each store (local part plus the mail order domain; typically hello@your-store.ascenrads.com or hello.your-store@ascenrads.com if the mail plan is on the parent domain). Limits follow the mail order (mailbox count, storage, and whether subdomains are included). Webmail, IMAP, and SMTP hosts are shown in the dashboard Email page and in the launch email. We may forward inbound mail to the email on your account. You must not use the mailbox for spam, phishing, or unlawful content. We may suspend mail that trips our abuse filters.

6. Other Ascenra sites

Links to other Ascenra properties (including ascenrasocial.com for likes, views, followers, and traffic) are optional. Those products are sold and billed only on those sites. Ascenrads.com does not charge for them and is not the merchant of record for them.

7. Payments, fees, and refunds

Paid plans and add-ons are billed by Stripe and/or PayPal. Order processing fees may apply so payouts can run. Refunds follow /legal/refund. Chargebacks on valid service are treated as account abuse.

8. Affiliates

Joining the affiliate programme creates a partner account and referral code. It does not open a store. Commission is 20% of qualifying paid plan charges. Details: /legal/affiliates.

9. Acceptable use

No illegal goods, IP theft, fraud, malware, scraping our catalogue for competing resale, or interfering with other merchants. We may suspend stores that harm the platform, payment processing, or other users.

10. Catalogue ratings and reviews

Catalogue product pages may show star ratings and a capped sample of marketplace reviews for that catalogue item. The number of reviews shown on a product page is typically between 5 and 100. That number is a display sample. It is not the full volume of supplier or marketplace orders, and it is not a claim that this store sold that many units. We do not publish supplier purchase counts, sold counts, or listing counts as “purchases” on the storefront.

Shopper reviews left on this storefront after a paid order are marked separately as verified purchases when the order contains that product. Merchants must not invent customer reviews, fake stock, or invented tracking numbers.

11. Data

How we handle data is in the Privacy Policy. Export or delete your workspace from Settings while logged in, where the product allows.

12. Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages. Our aggregate liability for a paid period is limited to fees you paid us for that period.
